Located in Naukati Bay Alaska, a fully furnished fishing lodge. Naukati is the gateway to Sea Otter Sound, on the coveted west side of Prince of Wales. It is connected to the power grid. The lodge comes complete with a private dock, walk-in freezer, private fuel storage, and several professional vacuum packers. It is currently operating as a charter fishing lodge. The new structure that was just completed last year is 3100sq ft, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. It includes a spacious great room, kitchen, and living quarters. It is a very well-built structure that is sure to impress both you and your guests. The second building is approximately 3000sq and was the original lodge. Approximately half of it is well appointed guest quarters complete with a kitchen and living area, and the other half is crew quarters. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There will be plenty of room for both you and all of your friends and family. Located on the property is a large garage which is large enough to hold two or three offshore boats to keep them nice and dry during the offseason. Inside the garage is a newer walk-in freezer to freeze your daily catch. On the side of the garage is a spacious woodshop. This property is complete with a private dock that is in good condition and is large enough for two large offshore boats. There is also a covered fish cutting area on the dock to keep you dry while fileting your catch.
